I don’t need much.
Just a set of plans to scale of your new home, extension or renovation. These can be a simple sketch with measurements, real estate plans or architectural drawings, however the more accurate your plans, the more accurate your model will be.
Also include photos of the home, materials and finishes selection

There is generally a 2 week lead time, but once I start your job it can take any where from a day for converting a CAD file from your joiner for a new your kitchen or bathroom to a couple weeks for a complete house and fly through.
